Position: Talent Specialist

Reports to: Vice President of Brand Engagement and Talent Acquisition

Position Highlights

 Our Talent Specialist gets the opportunity to connect with job seekers in hopes to join our growing teams!

We use our applicant tracking system to assist with sourcing and interviewing potential team members to hire a “fit” for our culture and business needs. This position involves encouraging candidates to apply, fostering great conversation and questioning strategy, and making thoughtful decisions about where candidates would be best suited in our business.

A Day in The Life of Our Talent Specialist

• Proficiency with applicant tracking system
• Review and connect with applicants
• Connect with potential team members through interview processes
• Efficiently and effectively hiring new team members that fit our culture and business needs
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential team members including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
• Brainstorm and share creative, strategic, planning ideas
• Assist in new team member onboarding
• General administrative and clerical support
• Assist in engagement efforts and projects as requested
• Maintain consistent schedule to manage incoming applications as well as interviews

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma required
• Willingness to learn new things
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and solid typing skills
• Recruiting and hiring experience preferred
