Position:  Sales Coach

Reports to:  Senior Sales Coach 

  

Position Highlights

Sales Coaches aid in the development, coaching, education, and the continued training of Sales Advisors at GMC. As a Sales Coach you will also be responsible for the quality of our sales and the positive and upbeat demeanor of our production floor. The primary purpose of this role will be to ensure Sales Advisors gain high level understanding of products and systems, encourage consistency in the sales process through coaching and development platforms, ensure our teams are meeting and maintaining the highest standard in customer service all while meeting and maintaining production  expectations. 

 

 A Day in The Life of a Sales Coach:                          

  • Ensure Sales Advisors provide service to customers and support their efforts to provide necessary solutions
  • Accept feedback, coaching and implement best practices through a variety of methods including but not limited to Call Analysis, TEAM UP and WINS, Goal Settings, Self Education logs, line feeding through the use of live monitoring, Side by Sides and Training Mods
  • Administer feedback, coaching and implement best practices through a variety of methods including but not limited to Call Analysis, TEAM UP and WINS, Goal Settings, Self Education logs, line feeding through the use of live monitoring, Side by Sides, 3on3 calling, and Training Mods
  • Meet and maintain performance standards as outlined by key performance indicators of the program
  • Ability to recognize when a Sales Advisor needs additional assistance which may require the Sales Coach to take over the call to finalize the sales process
  • Complete daily administrative tasks that vary by program
  • Complete and deliver corrective actions as it relates to performance, attendance, and compliance in hopes to correct the situation
  • Maintain knowledge of all systems used to support various department activity groups
  • Ensure that our customers are receiving the highest standard in customer service and increase sales performance through coaching and floor presence
  • Design and implement contests and games that inspire cohesion, competition, and enthusiasm
  • Create positive and pleasant connections with team members, coworkers, and customers
  • Complete ongoing training to stay abreast of product, service, and policy changes
  • De-escalate situations as needed in a professional manner
  • Must have the ability to handle confidential information.

Minimum Performance Qualifications Required

  • 1 year sales experience
  • Leadership Expereince Preferred
