Our team members provide service and support to patients who are filling prescriptions, updating contact information, seeking resolutions from inaccurate deliveries, along with other general customer service practices. You will find that this position allows you to work with compassion, empathy, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities in this role include call and chat handling, problem solving, customer engagement, documentation as well as feedback collection.
